Central Machine Works Brewery is located in the vibrant East side community on E. Cesar Chavez. Before opening as a brewpub in 2019, it was formerly known as Capital Machine works- a metal fabrication shop that produced a variety of custom parts.

The repurposed airplane hangar was designed to embrace the building’s history, while creating a welcoming space for our community. With an open concept Beer Hall and expansive Beer Garden, CMW offers a full-service bar, in-house kitchen with rotating seasonal options, and a variety of events.
